Privacy Policy

Rumooz is a free QR code generator at getrumooz.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Your QR codes stay on your device

Codes are created inside your browser. The links, WiFi passwords, contact details and messages you type into the generator, and any logo you upload, are never sent to our servers and we cannot see them.

What we collect

We only receive information when you choose to send us a message through the suggestions form:

  • Your name, email address and message
  • The site language you were using
  • Your country, as detected by our hosting provider
  • A scrambled fingerprint of your connection, used only to limit how many messages one connection can send. We never store your IP address.

We use this information only to read and reply to your message and to protect the form from spam. We keep messages for up to 12 months and then delete them.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how Rumooz is used, for example how many people visit, which QR types are popular and which download formats people choose. This helps us decide what to improve. Analytics never receives the content of your QR codes.

Google Analytics uses cookies. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, these cookies stay off until you choose Accept in our consent banner, and you can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Elsewhere, analytics runs by default and you can opt out with the same link or with Google's browser add on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Your browser's local storage also remembers your language, your cookie choice and when you last sent a message. You can clear this at any time in your browser settings.

Services we rely on

  • Cloudflare hosts the website, protects it from attacks and stores form messages.
  • Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics measure visits and feature usage, as described above, under Google's privacy policy.
  • Google AdSense shows ads, as described below.
  • Google Fonts provides the typefaces. Your browser downloads them from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
  • jsDelivr delivers the open source library that draws the QR codes.
  • Ko-fi processes support payments if you choose to support us. Payments happen on their site under their own privacy policy, and we never see your card details.

Advertising

Rumooz shows ads through Google AdSense to stay free. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads and measure them, including ads based on your interests. You can turn off personalised ads at any time at adssettings.google.com, and read how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we do not allow personalised advertising cookies unless you give consent through a consent message, and without it any ads shown are limited and not based on your interests.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete any message you sent us. Email hello@getrumooz.com from the address you used and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

Rumooz is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.

رموز موقع مجاني لإنشاء رموز QR على getrumooz.com. هاي السياسة بتوضح شو منجمع، وليش، وشو خياراتك. خليناها قصيرة لأنه منجمع إشي قليل كثير.

رموزك بتضل على جهازك

الرموز بتتصنع جوا متصفحك. الروابط وكلمات سر الواي فاي ومعلومات الاتصال والرسائل اللي بتكتبها، وأي شعار بترفعه، ما بتنبعث لسيرفراتنا أبداً وما منقدر نشوفها.

شو منجمع

ما بتوصلنا أي معلومات إلا إذا اخترت تبعثلنا رسالة من نموذج الاقتراحات:

  • اسمك وإيميلك ورسالتك
  • لغة الموقع اللي كنت مستخدمها
  • دولتك، حسب ما بيحددها مزود الاستضافة
  • بصمة مشفرة لاتصالك، بنستخدمها بس لنحدد عدد الرسائل من نفس الاتصال. ما منخزن عنوان IP تبعك أبداً.

منستخدم هاي المعلومات بس عشان نقرأ رسالتك ونرد عليك ونحمي النموذج من السبام. منحتفظ بالرسائل لمدة أقصاها ١٢ شهر وبعدها منحذفها.

التحليلات والكوكيز

منستخدم Google Tag Manager و Google Analytics عشان نفهم كيف الناس بتستخدم رموز، مثلاً كم زائر بيجي، وأي أنواع الرموز الأكثر استخداماً، وأي صيغ تحميل بيختاروا. هاد بيساعدنا نقرر شو نحسّن. التحليلات ما بتوصلها أبداً محتويات رموزك.

Google Analytics بيستخدم كوكيز. إذا زرتنا من المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية أو بريطانيا أو سويسرا، الكوكيز بتضل مطفية لحد ما تختار موافق من نافذة الموافقة، وبتقدر تغير اختيارك بأي وقت من رابط إعدادات الكوكيز أسفل كل صفحة. بباقي الدول، التحليلات بتشتغل تلقائياً وبتقدر توقفها من نفس الرابط أو من إضافة Google للمتصفح على tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

متصفحك كمان بيحفظ لغتك واختيارك للكوكيز ووقت آخر رسالة بعثتها. بتقدر تمسح هالمعلومات بأي وقت من إعدادات المتصفح.

الخدمات اللي منعتمد عليها

  • Cloudflare بتستضيف الموقع وبتحميه من الهجمات وبتخزن رسائل النموذج.
  • Google Tag Manager و Google Analytics بيقيسوا الزيارات واستخدام الميزات، مثل ما شرحنا فوق، وتحت سياسة الخصوصية تبعت Google.
  • Google AdSense بيعرض الإعلانات، مثل ما شرحنا تحت.
  • Google Fonts بتوفر الخطوط. متصفحك بينزلها من Google، واللي بيوصله عنوان IP تبعك كجزء من الطلب.
  • jsDelivr بيوصّل المكتبة مفتوحة المصدر اللي بترسم رموز QR.
  • Ko-fi بتعالج مبالغ الدعم إذا حبيت تدعمنا. الدفع بيصير على موقعهم وتحت سياسة الخصوصية تبعتهم، وإحنا ما منشوف معلومات بطاقتك أبداً.

الإعلانات

رموز بيعرض إعلانات من خلال Google AdSense عشان يضل مجاني. Google وشركاؤها ممكن يستخدموا كوكيز لعرض الإعلانات وقياسها، ومنها إعلانات حسب اهتماماتك. بتقدر توقف الإعلانات المخصصة بأي وقت من adssettings.google.com، وتقرأ كيف Google بتستخدم البيانات على policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

إذا زرتنا من المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية أو بريطانيا أو سويسرا، ما منسمح بكوكيز الإعلانات المخصصة إلا بموافقتك من خلال رسالة موافقة، وبدونها أي إعلانات بتظهر بتكون محدودة ومش مبنية على اهتماماتك.

حقوقك

بتقدر تطلب منا نعرضلك أو نصحح أو نحذف أي رسالة بعثتلنا ياها. ابعث إيميل على hello@getrumooz.com من نفس الإيميل اللي استخدمته، ومنرد عليك خلال ٣٠ يوم.

الأطفال

رموز مش موجه للأطفال تحت ١٣ سنة، وما منجمع معلوماتهم عن قصد.
