By using Rumooz at getrumooz.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The service
Rumooz lets you create QR codes for free, without an account. Codes are generated on your device. Standard codes contain your information directly, so they do not depend on our servers and keep working even if Rumooz is offline.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for what your codes contain and where you use them. Do not use Rumooz to create codes that:
- Lead to phishing, scams, malware or fake login pages
- Break any law or infringe someone else's rights
- Impersonate a person, brand or organisation
- Promote violence, hate or the exploitation of anyone
Test before you print
Always scan your code with more than one phone before printing or publishing it. Colors, size, material and logos can affect how well a code scans. We are not responsible for printing costs, reprints or lost business caused by a code that does not scan or points to the wrong place.
Your designs
You own the codes you create and any logo you add. You confirm that you have the right to use any logo or content you include.
Support payments
Support payments made through Ko-fi are voluntary gifts that help keep Rumooz running. They do not buy a product, service or priority, and they are not refundable except where the law requires it.
Paid features
Rumooz may offer paid features in the future, such as editable codes and scan statistics. Those will come with their own clear pricing and terms before you pay anything.
No warranty
Rumooz is provided as it is, without any warranty. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, Rumooz and its owner are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

باستخدامك لموقع رموز على getrumooz.com أنت موافق على هاي الشروط. إذا مش موافق، لو سمحت لا تستخدم الموقع.
الخدمة
رموز بيخليك تعمل رموز QR مجاناً وبدون حساب. الرموز بتتصنع على جهازك. الرموز العادية بتحتوي معلوماتك مباشرة، يعني ما بتعتمد على سيرفراتنا وبتضل شغالة حتى لو الموقع وقف.
الاستخدام المقبول
أنت مسؤول عن محتوى رموزك ووين بتستخدمها. ممنوع تستخدم رموز لعمل رموز:
- بتوديك على احتيال أو نصب أو برامج ضارة أو صفحات تسجيل دخول مزيفة
- بتخالف أي قانون أو بتتعدى على حقوق حدا
- بتنتحل شخصية شخص أو علامة تجارية أو جهة
- بتروج للعنف أو الكراهية أو استغلال أي شخص
جرّب قبل ما تطبع
دايماً امسح الرمز بأكثر من موبايل قبل ما تطبعه أو تنشره. الألوان والحجم ونوع المادة والشعار ممكن يأثروا على القراءة. إحنا مش مسؤولين عن تكاليف الطباعة أو إعادتها أو أي خسارة بسبب رمز ما انقرأ أو بيودي لمكان غلط.
تصاميمك
الرموز اللي بتعملها والشعار اللي بتضيفه ملكك. وأنت بتأكد إنه عندك الحق تستخدم أي شعار أو محتوى بتحطه.
مبالغ الدعم
مبالغ الدعم عن طريق Ko-fi هي هدايا اختيارية بتساعد رموز يضل شغال. ما بتشتري منتج أو خدمة أو أولوية، وما بترجع إلا إذا القانون بيطلب هيك.
الميزات المدفوعة
ممكن رموز يقدم ميزات مدفوعة بالمستقبل، مثل رموز قابلة للتعديل وإحصائيات المسح. هاي رح يكون إلها أسعار وشروط واضحة قبل ما تدفع أي إشي.
بدون ضمان
رموز مقدم كما هو، بدون أي ضمان. منشتغل عشان يضل متاح ودقيق، بس ما منقدر نوعد إنه رح يكون متاح دايماً أو خالي من الأخطاء.
حدود المسؤولية
بالحدود اللي بيسمح فيها القانون، رموز وصاحبه مش مسؤولين عن أي خسارة غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدامك للموقع. ومسؤوليتنا الكاملة عن أي مطالبة محدودة بالمبلغ اللي دفعته لنا خلال الـ١٢ شهر قبل المطالبة.
التغييرات والقانون المعمول فيه
ممكن نحدّث هاي الشروط، ومنغير التاريخ بأعلى الصفحة لما نعمل هيك. هاي الشروط خاضعة لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية.
